I am a teacher, intuitive guide, and shamanic practitioner rooted in both Andean and Mayan wisdom traditions, here to support you on your journey of healing, self-discovery, and spiritual expansion.​

There is a version of you that remembers why you are here—whole, aligned, and in right relationship with life.
I walk a path grounded in both Andean and Mayan traditions. As a timekeeper within the Mayan calendar, I honor the sacred cycles of days and energies through ceremony, prayer, and the keeping of time. Through Kotz’ij and ceremonial practice, I work in rhythm with these living currents.
My work is also rooted in Andean energy medicine, including mesa practices, energy healing, and despacho ceremonies that restore balance and reciprocity—Ayni—with the natural and spiritual worlds.
Through these traditions, I offer spaces for healing, remembrance, and reconnection—where you can return to yourself, realign with your path, and walk forward with clarity and purpose.

Modern-day Paco (Shamanic Practitioner)
My work is rooted in the living traditions of the Andes, carried through my mother and grandmother, and deepened through my training with the Four Winds Academy. This path of energy medicine and Ayni—right relationship—guides how I serve, heal, and walk in the world.​
From my father’s lineage in Mexico, I also carry the wisdom of the Maya. As a timekeeper, I walk with the sacred Cholq’ij calendar and the 20 Nahuales, honoring the cycles that shape our days, our inner worlds, and our unfolding paths.
These lineages come together in my practice—like mountains meeting jungle, condor meeting jaguar, earth meeting time. Through this integration, I offer a bridge between traditions, grounded in respect, lived experience, and ongoing devotion.​
As a modern shamanic practitioner of this work, I engage with energy healing, ceremony, and sacred timekeeping to support others in reconnecting with their own inner knowing. This may include mesa-based healing, despacho and fire ceremonies, Mayan day guidance, and spiritual support for those seeking clarity, balance, and purpose.​
At its heart, this work is not about becoming something new—it is about remembering who you are, restoring harmony within yourself, and walking your path with greater awareness, intention, and connection.
